Description: Our hot and spicy Harissa spice blend is added to food all across continental Africa. It's traditionally based on chilli, coriander and cumin seeds, garlic and salt, but many regional variations occur. Our blend is a fiery, spicy blend of garlic granules, mint, caraway, cayenne, coriander, cumin, chillies and salt, which is perfect for added heat and flavour to all kinds of dishes, especially vegetables, pork, poultry and fish.

Allergy Advice: This product contains chilli, cumin and mint which contain naturally occurring sources of salicylates and are best avoided by people eating a salicylate free diet.

When ordering it felt like my order was never going to arrive almost two weeks for delivery !!
Have to say it was worth the wait but keep the delivery time in mind next time I won’t let my store cupboard get so low !!

Love this special spice!

I was so impressed with this mixture! I took pork chops and made a marinade of plain yogurt and the Harissa spice. I let it sit overnight in the fridge then grilled it indoors. It could be grilled outside of course! Very yummy and unique! Highly recommend!

Love this product, full of flavour, I mix it with yoghurt and marinate either chicken or salmon in it before baking. Well recommended, as is Flavour magic!!
